Cynthia and her mother Alberta, who inspired a lifelong passion for global travel and cultural connection.

My Inspiration

At the age of 12, my passion for travel was ignited, inspired by my Mother, Alberta, who dedicated over 50 years to bringing joy to others through her work in the travel industry. My first job was in her agency, stamping brochures and immersing myself in photos and stories of distant destinations. Each page I turned sparked a growing curiosity about the world beyond my own.  My mother often returned from her journeys with dolls dressed in traditional costumes, introducing me to diverse cultures and customs. These tangible tokens of global heritage taught me that while languages may differ, they serve as bridges connecting us all. Motivated by this realization, as a young teenager, I began corresponding with pen pals across the globe, exchanging stories about our countries, families, hobbies, and daily lives. These early connections instilled in me a lifelong commitment to fostering understanding, peace, and connection through travel.

This passion led me to study languages, International relations and economics, and law in the United States, Germany, Belgium, China, and France. My academic journey laid the foundation for a career at the intersection of international law and technology, driven by a steadfast life-long commitment to promoting international peace and understanding.
